pie crust

this makes enough for a 8 or 9 in. pieI got this recipe somewhere and I can not credit the person responsible. However this crust is really the best ever (tastes like “real” crust but better!)
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews (saoaked for at least 4 hours)
1 cup cashews unsoaked
1 cup hemp
seeds
1 cup water
Preparation:
Put ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistency(you may need to add more or less water) for a “kick” you can add cinnamon or ginger to it.

this crust was a bit thick...did I do anything wrong?

I just made this crust....It had a thick consistency,I am now preparing the filling..I'm hoping the crust gets more solid,maybe I should have added 1 mdate?????????

I really wanted to make this tonight however it says to soak the cashews for 4hrs. so I think I will wait to make this tomorrow after work...just curious how different would the crust be with only soaking for 1 hr.? Thanks

If you add fresh sliced strawberries on top it tastes just like strawberry shortcake!
