Ingredients:
3 tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Limes
1 sprinkle Cayenne Pepper, to taste
1 Handful of Mint
½ teaspoon Curry
1 Himalayan Salt or similar, to taste
1 Cloves of Garlic
Preparation:

amazing dressing! perfectly spicy and tangy. i was out of curry and mint so i added 1/2 an avocado. yum!
