One ServingA simple salad with the taste of Phad Thai (a traditional Thai recipe)
Ingredients:
3 cup Sprouts (Various)
2 dash Japanese Ginger (Sushi Style), Sliced
2 dash Cilantro,
Chopped
1 dash Spring Onion, Chopped
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
2 teaspoon Pumpkin Oil
1 dash Sea Salt
1 dash Ume
Vinegar
2 dash Yucon Syrup
Preparation:
Prepare the dressing by stirring the Almond Butter, Pumpkin Oil, Sea Salt, Ume Vinegar and Yukon Syrup together.
Pour over the sprouts, ginger, cinantro and spring onion.
Please note: The Japanese style sushi ginger is not raw.

Love phad thai! Thanks for posting this. There is a recipe on Gone Raw for a "raw pickled ginger":http://goneraw.com/recipes/show/120. Think this would work for the Japanese ginger?
