Pecan Cream

covers a cake or make one thin layer of a pieI adapted this from a recipe out of I AM GRATEFUL. i made a couple of small changes. Makes a wonderful icing for a cake or a dip of somekind.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Irish moss - rinsed off and soaked (4 hours)
1/2 water
1/4 c maple syrup ( original recipe calls for 3/4 c
agave)
1 c pecans
3/4 c barhi dates ( original calls for 1/1/4c packed dates)
1 t vanilla powder
pinch salt
Preparation:
Blend Irish moss, maple syrup and water until smooth.
process pecans til fine crumble, place into blender with irish moss mix. add all other ingrediants and blend til smooth.
