Servings:
a bakers dozen...not counting the ones i ate as i "checked" then in the dehydrator!so i saw the recipe for sweetpeas crunch cookies here on the site and got my heirloom peanuts the other day and wanted to practice with making my own nut butters….guess what happened? PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH COOKIES!
Ingredients:
1 cup home made "jungle" peanut butter
1 cup soaked and deydrated buckwheat
1 cup raw oats ,
ground
½ cup maple syrup or enough to get it all mixed together
Preparation:
i ground the buckwheat and oats lightly in food processor then mixed it all up by hand and made balls that i flattened into cookies, i dehydrated them about 4 hours (I left one in for the day, it was crumbly when i bit into it but real peanutty! yum…)

Sounds yummy but I can't eat peanuts. These would also be great to try using hemp seeds as they are really crunchy.
