2 cup Almonds soaked
1 teaspoon Himalan Salt
2 tablespoon Dried Coconut
8 Pitted Dates
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
3 cup Peaches unpeeled
1 cup Water
4 tablespoon Chia seed
2 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Bananas peeled
3 Peaches cutup stir into filling
Fresh Mint leaves, Garnish
Crust- 2 Cups soaked Almonds, 1 tsp Himalyan Salt, 2 TB Dried Coconut, 8 pitted Dates and 1 TB Coconut Oil in food processor, pulse till together and crunchy. Squish into a pie pan that has been rubbed with coconut oil. Place into Freezer while preparing the filling.
Filling- Fill Blender half full of ripe Peaches, 1 cup Water, 4 TB Chia Seed, 2 tsp Vanilla and 2 ripe Bananas. Let her rip
Cut up 3 or 4 Peaches, mix with Filling and pour into the crust and chill to set.
Garnish with Mint leaves and enjoy!
