Outstanding Oatmeal

This is one of the most delicious raw breakfasts I've ever concocted! :]

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup oat groats, soaked overnight
1/2 banana
tbsp nut butter
berries, optional

Preparation: 

Soak 1/2 cup oat groats overnight. In the morning, combine oat groats (with water!) in food processor or blender along with half a banana and a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter. It's delicious! You can also add some berries and make it taste just like a pb&j sandwich! YUM!

go team! i like to take a banana, about 1/2cup of soaked buckwheat groats, and 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts with a crazy load of cinnamon, sometimes a pinch of cayenne, and ice! fantastic and magically great!

YUM! I used my fav nut butter--but I don't think it is raw--Justin's Almond Maple nut butter. I will try this again with a raw nut butter, however, the texture and flavor was wonderful.
