Ingredients
1-2 oz onion
8 oz chickpea sprouts
2 tbsp extra virgin oil
1 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp water
1/2 red chili
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp garam masala
Recipe Directions
1. finely chop onion or whatever vegetable you're using.
2. put all the other ingredients in the blender and puree until you have a smooth batter.
3. stir in the chopped onion or vegetables with a spoon.
4. form patty shapes about 1 inch high
5. dehydrate 10 hours
