Servings:
about 24 cookies (2 inch)I adapted this recipe from Juliano’s cookbook. EVERYONE in my house eats it, even the SAD eaters!
Ingredients:
2 cup oat groats, grind until fine- like flour
¾ cup maple syrup, (or sub. w/ agave)
½ cup carob
chips
½ cup almonds, coarsely grated
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 apple, shredded
Preparation:
The original recipe called for raisins instead of carob chips – same amt. But my family except me doesn’t eat raisins.
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well. build into cookies on dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate the cookies at 90 degrees for 12 hours or until they are your preferred texture.
Enjoy!

sounds good, question about carob chips. those might have some have conventional "unkosher" ingredints.
