enough for YOU! ahaha.

yummm… cookie dough! it’s really good chilled. And, you pop them in the dehyrator, you’ve got what i call breakfast cookies!

Ingredients:

½ cup raw oats, soaked over night
4 dates
3 dash cinnamonn
¼ cup raisins
sprinkle a few raw walnuts in there
teaspoon honey to taste
1 cup of unsoaked raw oats

Preparation:

Squeeze excess water out of soaked oats, and place in blender (the oats should have absorbed enough water as is, but if not go ahead and add a little). Blend all the ingredients together except the unsoaked oats (if not stiff enough, add more). When smooth, place in a tub or bowl, and stir in dry oats. Either eat then, or refrigerate for a few hours until firm (gets pretty firm!!)
