Nutty Cheesy Green Burrito
I was craving a nut burrito i had at a raw restaurant once so I came up with this and it tasted very similiar! The original burrito used nuts but I wanted to cut the fat content so used seeds. I admit, the olives i used weren’t raw but the one I had at the restaurant used raw olives..gave it a salty flavor and compliments the nutty and garlicky taste of the sunflower pate. It was a quick lunch and yummy!!!
1 to 2 tbsp garlicy sunflower pate (found on goneraw)
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 tomato,
diced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 large collard green leaf
3 raw olives, chopped
Roll out one collard green leef. Spread sunflower pate on leef. Add cucumber, avocado, tomatoe, and chopped olives. Roll up and seal edges like a burrito. Enjoy!
I ate it so fast i forgot to take a pic but will next time ;) I think you’ll get the idea ;)
