Fast, easy, and full of flavor.

These are best for a snack, breakfast, or dessert, especially when you are on the run.

I have been preparing this recipe for years and learned from Beatrix’s Art of Taste.

They last for some time in your fridge and a great fix if you need something fast, nutritional, and satisfying.

It is a great mix to add cacao nibs, though it would be a deviation from the original recipe.

Enjoy!

It funny when I was posting this I thought of someone asking question… It is great ideas to soak and then dry nuts. It just get more preparation time, otherwise it is good practice. I only wash them without soaking.
