a great meaty alternative that tastes better than grilled tofu! these 'grilled' steaks are great with any side dish!
1 eggplant peeled, sliced thick length-wise
2T bragg's liquid aminos
salt to taste
pepper to taste
marinate eggplant steaks in bragg's for 30min- 1hr
dehydrate for 2-3hours

goes well over a bed of wild rice or quinoa and 'roasted' veggies! also slathered in raw mushroom gravy, with a side of sprouted marinated mung beans...just some ideas!
