Not Scrambled Eggs
I found this on a web site, I just can’t remember which one. I hand copied it ages ago. I love it. Have fun with this. Serve it up with Bacon (found on this site)or fruit or on some Better Than Sliced Bread(fond on this site) for a
sandwich.
On Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen Website (google it,and also on youtube) this is called The Spanish scramble. A lovely person, shgadwa, found it. Check out his remarks below. Thanks.
1 cup Walnuts or almonds
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon tumeric
½ cup water
¼ cup cilantro
½ cup tomato,
diced
2 tablespoon scallions
pinch black pepper
The ingredients from the walnuts to the water is the pate. Mix well by hand. Add the pate to the last ingredients and stir together. and there you have it. scrambled eggs.Scoop over a bed of spinach.

Astara,
Glad I could help! Also, no offense but...I'm a "him" not "her" I need to get my own photo on there rather than our cute little puppy. I think the puppy is a "him." OR, was, we sold them all. God bless you, Shawn.

Thank you shgadwa. That must be it. I just want to give credit where it is due. I will fix that. Blessings. *)O(*

I just thought I would let everyone know that this recipe is actually Ani Phyo's Recipe called Spanish Scramble which uses the "I love the chick's pate" the pate is basically the first five ingredients and then you flavor that as you wish or make the Spanish scramble which the last few ingredients listed. This recipe can be found on Ani's Raw Food Kitchen Website (google it) and also on youtube. Type in spanish scramble and it should come up. The recipe listed is a half batch. I have never tried it but they say it tastes great. Let me know how it tastes...I will have to make some sometime soon.
Also, the Ani's raw food kitchen book is literally like the best raw cookbook I have seen and it is loaded with photos. There are a lot of recipes in there that I would like to try.
