Not Campbell's Cream of Tomato Soup (is much better!!)

Servings:
Maybe 4 Cream of tomato soup just like you get in a can!
Ingredients:
8 carrots, juiced
2 sticks celery, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
½ cup pine nuts
2 cup tomatoes
some fresh oregano, just a bit to taste
½ tablespoon dried basil (or maybe 1 cup fresh basil)
1 tablespoon salt
4 Dates. Large whole freah.
1 large english cucumber, juiced
onion - to taste, optional
onion - to taste, optional
onion - to taste, optional
Preparation:
Juice the first 3 ingredients and the cucumber, then put everything into a blender and blend until warm and smooth. Lap it up!!

Yes you can use dried, soak them for a bit so they break down well. We get fresh dates from Middle Eastern food shops which are in every town and city in the UK. Maybe in the USA you can get them from The Date People I hear good things about them, sorry don't have a link, am sure google will provide :)

where do you get fresh dates? can i just use dried?

Delish! However, I just had to add avocado, making it creamier. And I halved the onion. So delish!!! I sure lapped it up! ;)
