Natural Raw Homemade Electrolyte Sports Drink

This recipes was posted as an alternative to sports drinks, on a comment thread to an article about water on bodyrock.tv. The poster said it's surprisingly tasty and you can play around with the amounts until you find the combination that suits you best.

Ingredients:

Coconut water (for electrolytes)
Fresh grape juice (for fructose)
Fresh celery juice (for organic sodium)

Preparation:

Just drain a coconut, and juice some grapes and celery! Experiment and find what amount combination/ratios you like best.

You can always buy coconut water/juice online or at a health food store, but it's more expensive and I don't know if it's pasteurized, as well as it doesn't taste anything like fresh coconut water. If you want your coconut water deliciously cold, put the coconut in ice or in your fridge or even in your freezer for a while before draining it. Of course, coconut water provides all the electrolytes you need, the grape and celery are just optional additions as you wish.
