My green chocolate smoothie!
Just had this for my lunch – the lettuce doesn’t really get a look in flavour wise but it gave me a big chocolate hit whilst still getting some vits from the lettuce! :-)
1 pint water
1 head cos lettuce, chopped liberally
1 medjool dates
1 tablespoon Cacaopowder
Add the banana, cos lettuce and water to the blender and blend… then add the cacao powder and medjool dates and blend again…. that’s it – delicious. If it’s not sweet enough add more dates or a squeeze of agave, if it’s not runny enough add more water.
My banana’s were pretty small so if you have big ones you may only need two!
