My Favourite Grawnola

Servings:
Serves 2-3 (or I usually make this much so I can save some to eat the next morning)

I eat this almost every morning! It’s perfect with some fresh almond milk and a glass of my Pomberry Juice (see my recipes). This recipe is super flexible so you can add or remove whatever you’d like!

Ingredients:

1 cup Raw Oats
¼ cup Flax Seeds
2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
½ cup Soaked, Sprouted Buckwheat
2 tablespoon Raw almonds, Chopped into quarters
8 Strawberries, Sliced into quarters
1 Apple, Cut into small pieces
¼ cup Coconut meat, Ground to a pulp
1 teaspoon Organic, Extra Virgin Coconut oil
¼ cup Raw, Organic Agave Nectar
½ cup Blueberries
1 cup Fresh Almond Milk

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except for the last 4.
Then in a small bowl mix the agave nectar and coconut oil, pour the mixture over the other ingredients. You may want to dehydrate (I don’t own one so I wouldn’t know how long to put it in for, but I hope someone could try it to see how it turns out!)
I eat it right away and it tastes great! Once finished, serve and pour almond milk over each serving. Then add blueberries as a garnish!
Enjoy!

Edit: I meant soaked, not sprouted buckwheat! Big typo, sorry. I also forgot to add sunflower seeds to the ingredient list, they’re a great addition.
