Serves a little over 2 pints (enough for me and my husband for breakfast)

1 Large Papaya, Remove Seeds
¼ Ginger, peeled
1 Juice of Thai Cococonut, Crack and Juice/Save Meat for another Recipe or add to smoothie
2 cup Spinach, Wash (of course!)
5 Leaves of Kale, Washed
1 Handful of Parsley, Washed
1 Banana, Frozen
1 dash Stevia, Or use Stevia leaves
1 Date, Pitted
1 Splash of Date Juice
5 Ice Cubes

Not silly questions...1/4 ginger is about 1/4 inch. You might even want to use less because it's pretty pungent! I soak my dates for a couple of days so that I can use the sweet water in my Smoothies. I have accidentally saoked them for too many days which makes for great date juice/water, but nasty and tasteless dates! Hope you enjoy it!

This sounds good, but I have a few questions. What do you mean by 1/4 ginger? Is that 1/4 inch? Where do you get date juice? Is that from soaking a dried date? Sorry if these seem like silly questions, but I would really like to try this recipe!
