1.5 C soaked mung dahl 24 hours (rinsed off)~Make final rinse & add below items
THEN:
ADD
4 cloves garlic(minced)
1Tsp.Ginger(minced)
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp.Allspice
1 Tsp.
Cardamom
1/2 fresh squeezed lime
1 Tab.Tamari
1 Tab.Rice Vinegar
1 Tab.Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Large Roma
Tomato or equal size Tomato (sliced).
1 large Pepperonchini (greek)Sliced thin
1/3 C Raw sliced cashews
2 thick slices cubed Jicama
To the rinsed beans add fresh chives,Celtic Salt to taste & sprinkle of cayenne pepper.Handful chopped cilantro.Add the above ingredients.
MIX &
ENJOY.

1. Mung bean sprouts you find in
Mung bean sprouts you find in the store are about 5 days or more of growth.
They are usually spoiled or will spoil quickly if not consumed that day of purchase.
Bob's Red Mill sells mung beans but maybe only in specialty health food stores.
You can also find them in Indian grocery shops.
It is a small, round green bean about the same size as Israeli couscous.
They sprout fast and are ok to eat after soaking overnight and sprouting a
couple hours.
2. I think its the same without
I think its the same without the outer shell.I bought it at a health store & it looks like white rice kinda looking.Sorry I am no help.Look it up on google & maybe it will help.
3. Is Mung Dhal the same thing
Is Mung Dhal the same thing as mung bean sprouts??? If different please advise, thanks!!!
