Mung bean sprouted salad

Refreshing and yummy!
Ingredients:
2 cup sprouted mung beans
1 large tomato , diced
2 tablespoon raw
mayo
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
basil, handful
2 ears corn cut of cob, optional
Preparation:
Blend mayo, mustard, & basil w/ water to get dressing. Toss into mung, tom and corn. Salt and pepper to taste.
