Mud Pie

Servings:
1 9-inch pierecipe by Rose Lee Calabro
Ingredients:
for crust:
1 cup almonds, soaked 24 hours
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 24 hours
1 cup dates
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup carob
1 tsp vanilla bean
for the filling:
1 1/2 cups almonds, soaked 24 hours
4 medium bananas
1 tsp
vanilla bean
1/2 cup coconut water
Preparation:
1. process crust inngredients with "s" blade and press into a 9 inch pie plate
2. process filling ingredients and pour into crust
3. put
in freezer
4. when ready to serrve, put in fridge for 30 minutes
