This salad is so simple and so easy. I eat it just about every night. I hope you enjoy it!
1 box ripe organic grape tomatoes
½ cup raw walnuts
raw vinegar and olive oil to taste
Chop all ingredients by hand, mix all ingredients together and let sit in sun if possible for 30 minutes…although usually I devour mine immediately!

This salad is DELICIOUS! As for the measurements on the salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil. This is what I did:
Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Sea Salt: 1/8 tsp
Pepper: 1/18 tsp
I also didn't chop the grape tomatoes - which are nice whole.
The salt might have been a bit much, so next time I'll try "just a pinch".
