Miso-walnut dressing

Serves 2Ingredients:
2 tablespoon miso paste
2 tablespoon walnut butter
¼ cup olive oil (or oil of
choice)
¼ cup water
1 inch piece of ginger
Preparation:
Finely chop ginger. Stir, mix or blend all ingredients together and toss with salad of choice!

I didn't have walnut butter either so I substituted a two heaping T of walnuts in a processor. Since I love tangy dressings, I also added two T of apple cidar vinegar. I didn't blend it till it was reeeal smooth, but the flavor was DELISH !

I didn't have walnut butter so I substituted with almond butter. I added a little more water to thin it out to be more like a salad dressing. It was delicious! I ate it over a salad and so did my son! It reminded me of my Goddess Dressing! I will be making this one again! Thanks so much for the recipe!

They sell it at the health food store where I live, but it's crazily expensive... most nut butters you can just throw some nuts in a cuisinart, but sometimes you have to add a little oil to make it creamy. :o)
This dressing sounds nice!!

How do you make walnut butter? Is it just ground up walnuts? or are there other things in it?
