MExICAN Dressing ~~
Servings:
3-4 salads

I can’t remember where I got this recipe from, but its the best paired with SPICY FAJITAS peppers on this site by STEAMBOATKATIE. I am always trying to find or think up interesting salad dressing as they are the weekday dinners for the household. The picture is just inspiration to get your greens in. We have a lovely farm that delivers a weeks worth of organic greens to us chard, salad mix, lactino kale, spinach, for $125.00 feeds three two adults and one child. Smoothies green juices, salads you name it. I LOVE being RAW

Ingredients:

¼ cup Organic Cold pressed olive oil
½ Dry chili pepper
1 organic Avocado
1 tablespoon cumin
¼ bunch of cilantro
1 tablespoon dried oregano
¼ celtic or pink himalayan sea salt, optional
1 clove garlic , chopped or use garlic press
1 juice of lemon or more to taste, and yes ORGANIC :)
1 meduim organic tomato

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in your blender except for the avacados. Blend on low speed. Add the AVO and blend until creamy. Not sure how long it keeps as I make my dressing fresh to order.

you use cilantro!... i just read your commnet on 'greenie' posting and reply to you saying: "cilantro has a flavorful charachter… though it is an amazing herb that gives a cleansing boost to the liver. ayurvedic doctor Robert Svoboda really recommends using fresh cilantro particularly for cooling and balancing for all doshas. it helps to reduce heat or inflammations and beneficial to maintain helaty skin"
