Recipe Directions

1. Blend in blender. You can put your bowls in your dehydrator for a few hours to warm up before you top with your favorite toppings.

If anybody knows me for any time, they will find out that I love Mexican and Thai Food! Anything with that spicy flare.

I warmed my soup in the dehydrator about an hour before I wanted to eat it. Amazing!

This has cilantro, which is great for heavy metal detoxification.

Cilantro: stimulates the body's release of mercury and other heavy metals from the body. So, I use cilantro as much as possible and love it.

Optional toppings: tomato, avocado, onion, corn, shredded cabbage, dash of oregano, sprouts

It is delicious - I used parsley instead of the cilantro and fennel instead of the celery...very yummy, thanks for sharing!

I'm eating it right now... It's good! It was too big for my blender though so next time I'll only make a half order.

This was excellant. I use a Montel Williams promoted Health Master and this worked out great. Smoothed into a great soup, Then throw in some crisp and chunky.

Just tried this chili. I didn't have cilantro or celery. It's has good flavor. I'm not big on cold soups but I ate a small bowl cold and liked it. The rest is in the dehydrator. I also have some veggies chopped up in the D that I'm gonna add to it when it's done for texture. I am looking forward to din din tonight! :)
