All ingredience can be changed in quantity to suit taste. I have one of these daily. This morning i added goji berries, chia seeds and some cacao butter.
¼ teaspoon macca
½ teaspoon camu camu powder
2 tablespoon Almonds
2 tablespoon cacao nibs
2 tablespoon Lucuma powder
½ teaspoon Hemp powder
¼ teaspoon psyllum husk
2 Frozen bananas.
4 cup nut milk or coconut water and meat
1½ teaspoon Agave syrup
Blend all till smooth. Add more frozen banana for thickshake and less for milkshake.
I'm not sure if your aware of this but by adding psyllium husk to your smoothie your canceling out a lot if not all of the nutrients and minerals because of the bulking properties of psyllium. Maybe the amount your putting in isn't enough to effect it but if you care its worth the research :)
