Servings:
1This is a nice light spread. The peas are very sweet and you could also use this as a dip for crudite or crackers. I like the bite of the onion with the sweet peas.
Ingredients:
For Spread:
1.5 cups baby peas
1 T dried dill weed
1 T olive
oil
salt to taste
pinch black pepper
For Wraps:
1 very thin slice of red onion
2 leaves of swiss chard
Preparation:
1. Mash or blend in the food processor: peas, dill, olive oil, salt, pepper.
2. Spread on chard leaves.
3. Sprinkle with minced red
onion.

2. I once saw a similar recipe.
I once saw a similar recipe. The peas where to replace avacado for guacamole. You needed a BIG imagination for that one! I am sure your baby pea dip and spread will be much better.
Thanks,
