4.5
Average: 4.5 (10 votes)
Servings:
About 1-2 cups

I sized this portion to mix in my little ‘Magic Bullet’ blender. It really has turned out to be quite useful. Use any nut, soy, or other milk you prefer. Some folks prefer a bit of water and less milk. Note that this does contain dairy in the form of whey protein, which is great for maintaining or building muscle, also if you’re consciously losing weight.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon carob powder, raw organic, put into blender cup
1 frozen banana cut into chunks, into blender cup
1 cup raw almond milk to your taste, in the cup
1 teaspoon vanilla or extract, do the necessary (into the cup!)
3 tablespoon whey protein powder, in the cup
1 dash flax (flaxseed) oil - a drizzle, in the cup
1 dash mega green powder, in the cup
1 dash Super Seed powder, in.the.cup.

Preparation:

Blend everything & enjoy. I’m going to fix some meself.

Can your Magic Bullet really perform the tasks that the info-mercials claim (i.e. make pestos, smoothies, etc)?

I dont think whey protein is raw or really even healthy. Replace it with some hemp protein powder and you are good to go ! :)
