Ingredients:
1 cup "walnut pine yogurt", including whey
1/2 cup mango chunks
6 large pitted dates or 1/4 cup
honey
2 tbsp rose water
dash of fresh ground cardamom
Preparation:
blend and sprinkle with cardamom
