Mango Coconut sauce

A delicious sauce to go with my Curry Mushroom recipe or with whatever else you might like!
Ingredients:
Meat from one or two Thai coconuts
1 Mango, Chopped
1 teaspoon fresh or dried lavender
flowers
1 teaspoon sea salt
Drizzle of Balsamic vinegar
Coconut water to make smooth
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in blender adding coconut water until desired consistancy.

Why did you make lavender icecream when not raw? You can still make it!!! I plan to this summer that's for sure!

oh! lavender! I love lavender in food - used to make a lavender ice-cream when not raw...I think you ahve inspired me to give it a go again!

This sounds really interesting, especially combined with the curry mushrooms. I've never tried adding lavender to recipes but this gives me a great reason to try. Thanks!
