Mad Dash Christmas Pasta

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 dash HimlalaSalt or RealSalt
1 Red Pepper
Preparation:
Run a English cuke through a Spiral Slicer.Throw in diced Peppers. Finish with a little salt and Enjoy!

I believe the English cukes have less seeds than the regular ones. This recipe sounds refreshing!

The spiral slicer I have Cuts a circle out of the middle of everything anyway. I don't know how yours works.
3.
Do you somehow de-seed the cucumber, or does it matter?
