My first recipe post since going raw 2 days ago!
½ cup cacao nibs
½ cup sultanas
1 cup dessicated coconut
½ cup almonds
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
3 tablespoon carob powder
3 tablespoon coconut or hemp flour
3 tablespoon agave nectar
3 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
3 tablespoon spirulina powder
2 tablespoon maca powder
Process all ingredients until well blended
Shape into balls and roll in coconut
Keep in the fridge
PS. Dont eat too close to bed time- these babies will keep you wide awake!
