This is super easy to make and VERY filling! I add some greek sundried olives and eat pretty much the entire salad!

Recipe Directions

Take 2 ripe avocados and peel and discard seed. Mash in a bowl and add about 1/2 a lemon. Add 2 cloves (or more) or fresh garlic to mixture. I just shake in some olive oil to make a nice smooth consistency. I also add red pepper flakes. Mix all togther and put in with large bowl of lettuce…mix until lettuce is coated. Some people might like this with onions too but I am skipping the onions for now! I top with raw black olives and dig in!

Yes...good idea....I just noticed that I said 1 cup of olive oil but actually only use about 1/4 cup. I cup would be too much! Thanks for the input! Your puppy looks really cute!

You could just smash the avocado with the lemon and vinegar and omit the olive oil if you wanted to lower the fat a little and make it less processed.
