Ingredients
5 vine ripened/heirloom tomatoes
½ red onion
1 bunch cilantro
½ jalepeno
1 lime, juiced
salt to taste
cracked pepper (optional)
Recipe Directions
In a food processor pulse the onion, cilantro, and jalepeno. Then add the tomatoes, lime juice, salt and cracked pepper. Blend until chunky. Be careful, you want the mixture to be chunky, if you process too long it will be too runny.
That’s all, it is very quick, easy, and delicious to make!
When I make guacamole I just add avocados to the mix!! Another great variation is to add fresh corn :)
