Limonade

wonderful on a warm day as an alternative to water.

Ingredients: 

about 4 cups of water
5 whole star anise
1 big tablespoon of crushed licorice root
a slice of ginger
2-3 slices of lemon

Preparation: 

put it all in a glass bottle or a jar and let it sit in the fridge for a day or two - the taste gets stronger for each day.
