1 avocado, cubed
½ tomato, cubed
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
sprinkle olive oil
½ lemon, squeeezed
dash himalayan pink crystal salt
1 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
pile the cubes of avocado and tomato in the middle of the plate, add the cuke slices around that. squeeze lemon, drizzle with olive oil, add plenty of himalayan pink crystal salt, and then sprinkle the cuke with dill and serve!
this is also delicious with cherry tomatos.
