Hi this is a amazing recipe I yust invented today after my 10 km yogging action.
i strictly recommend to yust use organic fruits first of all it`s all about the frequency BABY...but secondly because I am from time to time really lazy it is the best to deplug the stem of the kiwi and trough it in the high speed blender right away ;-) with out peeling. Sidenote most of the vitamins in fruits are directly underneath the peel. SO ....
4 Ripe Bananas
4 ripe organic kiwis with peel but without the stem
10-20 raw cacao beans ( high amount of magnesia )
2 tablespoon of Agave/Honey ( optional)
1/2 - 1 cup of coconut flakes depends on your addiction to coconut taste ;-)
2 tablespoon of raw carob powder
700ml to 1 liter of GUUUUUD water
Wash the kiwi by rubbing them really good under water...
Put everything into a high speed blender or a bullet or magix maxx or yust process it with your handblender ( adiotinal workout )
