Kiwi Banana Power Smoothie

This is an adaptation of the berry smoothie in Ani Phyo’s Raw Kitchen. This can be adapted with other fruits or berries replacing the kiwi. Very versatile!
Ingredients:
3 cups water
½ cups raw cashews
2 ripe bananas
2 kiwis,
skinned
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
3 cups baby spinach
2 pinches sprouts
1 vanilla
bean
3 large dates
Preparation:
Start by placing the dates, cashews, and water in the blender. Blend gently for a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Vanilla bean may be added whole or you can add the seeds scraped from the bark only.
