Kale Delite

Serves 2 or moreI didn’t measure, just went by taste. Using Bragg’s adds to the taste and helps in marinating. Even my cooked daughter, who seldom eats veggies, likes this salad!
Ingredients:
kale
plum tomatoes
green onions
bean
sprouts
olive oil
lemon juice
Bragg's liquid aminos
sea salt
Preparation:
Remove stem from kale and save for juicing. Chop tomatoes and green onions and add to kale. Add a good amount of bean sprouts…gives a nice crunch and they’re so good for you. Use as much or as little olive oil, lemon juice, aminos and sea salt as you prefer. I let it marinate in the frige anywhere from an hour to overnite. Hope you enjoy it!
