little over a cup

Super yummy dressing or dipping sauce. Kaffir lime trees are a great indoor plant. The may never produce fruit in cold climates but will always have their aromatic leaves.

Ingredients:

½ cup pistashios, shelled
2 limes , juiced
3 kaffir lime leaves
½ cup fresh grape juice
2 teaspoon ginger, grated
salt, to taste

Preparation:

blend everything in a blender. All done! If you didn’t want to juice the grapes you could puree them skins and all but you might find you want to strain it afterward.

What if we have limes but not lime leaves yet? Would some amount of juice or flesh make for the same amount of flavor?
