Instant gratification for a serious sweet tooth, and wicked good for you too!
You can do the supersimple version or add-ons for more complex taste.
The Jarrah Tree Bee Pollen is sold by Vivapura (http://www.vivapura.net/) and only a few other suppliers. It is ESSENTIAL! The taste and texture is like no other pollen; it is crunchy and sweet and tastes like graham cracker crumble crust. It is also tested to be the most potent pollen in the world, so says Gabriel Cousens. I also use only Bioactive 20+ raw Manuka Honey, it is the best. The flavor and the medicinal action. Research it! They sell it at Whole Foods and my little organic VP market.
I dont know measurements, just throw a spoonful of this and that in a cup and stir.
I will add a foto next time I make this.

Ingredients:

Basic quickie:
whole hemp seeds, raw honey, cinnamon, jarrah tree bee pollen

More complex add-ins:
salt, cloves, cardomon, lemon, pistachios, pine nuts, or walnuts

OPTIONAL - apple slices

Preparation:

I just eat it stirred up in a tiny cup. If you use nuts, grind em a bit. Maybe you make an actual dessert, like, layer the ingredients and dehydrate. I never experimented.
Mix all ingredients ('cept the apple) to make a Charoset-like spread and spread onto the apple slices like a sandwhich (one apple slice top and bottom). Eat raw or dehydrate a bit.
Absolutely delishi!

I LOVE the Jarrah Bee Pollen, by far the best I have ever tasted! I got it at Raw Union and love it, I have been mixing it with hemp seeds, but love the step further! I will make it for breakfast tomorrow, thanks!!!
