Indian Crepes or Samosa Wrappers From Trotter and Klein's book called - Raw
Servings:
Makes 1 dehydrator tray = 4 wraps. Best to triple recipe.

Delicious wraps which are excellent for travelling, work lunch and just generally pigging out on! The photo shows them like an open sandwich before they are wrapped up. Can be used as samosa wrappers, just wrap up this curry:http://goneraw.com/recipes/1620-Cauiflower-curry-with-sweet-sauce in triangles and dip in the sweet sauce.

Ingredients:

1 cup green apple, chopped
½ cup dried flaked coconut (DiY)
¾ cup flax meal / ground flax seed
½ cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon tumeric
½ teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon nice curry blend

Preparation:

Blend everything then dehydrate till bendy. If they go too far and end up cracking just pour water over them and let them go floppy and dehydrate them again for a while to get the excess wetness off.

The filling is chopped green apple, fresh basil, tomato, avocado and sour creem.

For the sour creem use 1 cup pine nuts, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 teasp salt.
Stuff it all in the crepe roll it up and enjoy!

These are great to take away with you on tripe. Just make up a jar of the sour creem, and a tub of the filling and pack it with your crepes ready to make up whenever you want them.

superkat92, do you think you could use a covered electric skillet, a nesco or a slow cooker for a dehydrator??? Just a thought... :)
