Ice Demon Smoothie

Serves 1-2Cold and Spicy!
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
3 bananas
1 teaspoon spirulina
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon unhulled sesame seeds
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

You might want to try a fresh chili pepper instead of the cayanne just to switch things up a bit. It has a great heat. Be sure to seed it though.
