I Have Died & Gone to Heaven Sushi

4-6 An amazingly succulent sushi. Great for party appetizers and your non-raw friends and family.
Ingredients:
Filling:
Afternoon Delight Recipe
Fiesta Cheeze Recipe
Rockin' Risotto Recipe
Soy Wrappers (not raw) or any type of raw wrap
Dipping Sauce:
1 T apple cider vinegar
1T - 2T namu shoyu
1T lemon juice
salt & pepper
Preparation:
Lay out soy wrapper and along 1 edge spoon a layer of Afternoon Delight, Rockin' Risotto and top with Fiesta Cheeze. Roll tightly and cut into sushi sized pieces. Repeat. Whisk together dip ingredients and serve. Enjoy!!
