Hi Queenfluff! I used the bread I made http://www.goneraw.com/recipes/1387-Dancing-Chicken-Salad-
on this recipe. It's more like a cracker but my boyfriend said it was the best yet and my mom said it tasted just like a regular cracker. Add about two cups of vegetables- I used carrot from juicing and appx a cup of celery.

Hmm, sounds like a good spread! What's the bread you have it on in the picture? It looks nice and thick.

Thaks for sharing this recipe. I rarely use pumpkin seeds in recipes. I just sprinkel my salads with them, because I cannot come with a recipe with it. Today, I was thinking what I could come up which could use pumpking seeds, but nothing came up. I created the ricotta filling instead. I am going to try this tomorrow in a lectuce wrap or nori sheet.
