Hempseed milk
Preparation:

Soak 1 cup of hemp seeds in water for 4 – 8 hours. Drain the water out and put the seeds in a food processor. Pour in cold water. Some people add 2 dates or soupspoon of maple syrup.
Ratio: 1 cup of seeds
2 cups of water (same procedure as with almond milk).
Blend for at least a minute and then sieve – separate liquid from pulp. DELICIOUS.
Can be made from both peeled and unpeeled seeds. We prefer the whole ones. Milk will last in the fridge for 2 days. The best is to drink it straight away though.
