1 large Sharon Fruit aka permission, very ripe indeed
1 pinch salt
1 handful of strawberries
Get the good stuff out of the Sharon fruit. Either mash it up using a fork, or use your hands to squeeze and massage it into a gloopy liquid.
Add a bit of salt.
Chop up strawberries and mix in.
That’s all folks!
Sometimes I add banana, lychee, mango for a fruitier blend.
Would also be great as a tart filling.
