Healthful Cuisine's Lemon Tahini Dressing

Makes 2 CupsIngredients:
1 cup cucumber, chopped
½ cup Raw Sesame Tahini
¼ cup scallion,
chopped
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon kelp powder
sprinkle cayenne, to taste
½ cup water or vegetable juice, (see recipe: Basic Veg.
Juice)
3½ tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
3 drop liquid stevia extract
Preparation:
In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend well and season to taste.

I'm going to try this. It cuts down on some of the fat in my original tahini dressing.
