I made this recipe using the sprouted millet & lentils and the salad was tasty but way too chewy for my tastes... so I put the leftovers in the food processor with some ground flaxseeds (~1/2 cup or so) and enough water to make a cracker consistency... then dehydrated until dry on top... scored into crackers.. flipped, removed teflex... then dehydrated until dry & crisp... these were the best crackers I have made... awesome!!
A Must Try!

This sounds awesome! I have the quinoa and wheat berries sprouted already! I love red peppers and raisins too! I sprouted a small little bag of wheat berries and then I had all of these sprouts - way more than I expected! I just made apricot bread with pecans with one batch and a couple other things but still have a cup left! Thanks!
